Rygel is a greedy, stingy, semi-aquatic Hynerian, Dominar of over 6 billion subjects. He farts helium, eats like a pig with three stomachs to fill, vomits, bites, spits and uses his throne sled to ram into someone as a defense. Among his less redeeming qualities such as trying to sell out the crew he also has a crafty knack for bartering and "procurer" of items unbelonging to him. Among his more appealing shiny moments as a being of nobility and royalty are instances such as his final revenge on Durka in "Liars Guns and Money 1-3". For all the things that are apparent falses to anyone else they do get him around though many times they also kick him right back in his arse. He takes it honorably enough.
